Bank of Singapore Corporate Values
We were engaged by Bank of Singapore to conceptualise a series of marketing collateral to promote their corporate value.
Design We convinced the bank that the best approach to instill core values is to cultivate them as daily habits — small acts practiced everyday with little effort that will eventually built into habitual positive behaviours.
To achieve this goal, we promote the act of following common public instruction sign to instead about the core values. These values are designed in the familiar sign graphic language.
They are then made into physical signages and placed throughout the office space contextually. Staff are then made conscious by these strategically placed signs and its meaning periodically, and be reminded of the values.
